Multiple items stored in the red hot hold unit and the front service steam table were below 135�°F.
Cold water was not accessible due to the broken cold water handle located on the kitchen preparation sink.
Paper towels were not available at the kitchen and restroom hand sinks.
A sticky fly strip was located above the front service steam table preparation area.
A spray canister of air freshener was stored on a table next to bananas in the front service area.
Containers of oil stored on the back kitchen preparation table were unlabeled as to their contents. Bulk containers of flour and sugar stored under the kitchen preparation table located next to the stove were unlabeled as to their contents.
