An unapproved twist top employee beverage was stored on the preparation table located next to the microwave.
Cooked chicken and cooked lamb stored in the steam table were below 135�°F.
Paper towels were not available in the mens and womens restrooms.
Multiple flies were present throughout the facility.
A sticky fly strip was present above the cold top refrigerator in the kitchen.
