The bakery dishwasher did not reach at least 160�°F during the final sanitization rinse.

An employee beverage was stored on the bread slicer in the bakery area.
Chicken breast ( 126�°F) and chicken legs (118�°F) were stored below 135�°F in the deli hot holding unit.
An employee was observed sanitizing dishes for less than one minute in the bakery three compartment sink.
Paper towels were not provided at the hand sink located in the bakery.

The deli has gotten alot better since the last manager. Its clean and well kept, there are a few air heads In the back but one young lady stands out. Courtney has great costumer service skill and is always working. The manager Beth (I believe) is always keeping a close eye on her workers making sure things get done right the first time. The food is great and I always have a great experience.
