Violation descriptions and comments

An employee filled two floral vases with water using the produce prep area handsink.
The men's restroom hand washing sinks were not supplied with soap.
The concentration of quaternary ammonia sanitizing solution in use in the deli three-compartment sink was greater than 400 ppm.
Donut toppings were stored in non-commercial grade plastic containers on the bakery donut glazing station shelf.
Three of the self-service glass dairy cold case doors had torn rubber door gaskets.
The cold case in the meat department used for packages of raw chicken was not provided with a thermometer.
The interior bottom of the bakery Hobart SYS2Q reach-in freezer was soiled with food debris.
The condenser fan guards were soiled with an accumulation of dust in the deli walk-in refrigerator, in the produce walk-in refrigerator, and in the walk-in dairy refrigerator. The deli fry station ventilation hood light shields were soiled with grease. The door handles of the deli Alto Shaam hot holding unit were soiled with greasy residue.
The bulk breading scoop in the deli did not have a handle.
The meat department three-compartment sink faucet leaked water at its base, and also from its atmospheric vacuum breaker, when the water was turned on. The produce department three-compartment sink was directly connected to the sanitary sewer. The produce prep area hand washing sink wall caulking was not smooth and easily cleanable.
The deli warewashing area hand washing sink was not provided with a convenient trash receptacle.
The floor was soiled with grime below the deli three-compartment sink. Several floor tiles were chipped to the left of the deli chicken fryer. Two ceiling tiles were missing in the chemical storage/mopsink room. One base cove tile was missing on the wall between the two gray three-door frozen storage reach-in freezers in the Bakery. One ceiling time was missing above the bakery proofers.
One light tube did not function in the light fixture above the deli three-compartment sink. Several of the light tubes in the bakery ceiling light fixtures did not function.
