An employee in the grill area was observed handling raw fish, then a fry basket handle without first washing their hands. An employee in the bar was observed scooping ice with a cup. An employee in the bar was observed handling ready to eat watermelon with their bare hands. Potentially hazardous foods were not maintained at required temperatures.
