Severely dented cans of sauerkraut and grape jelly were stored with wholesome cans on the can storage rack.
An unapproved employee beverage was stored above customer condiments on the exposition line.
Cold-hold temperature violations were observed at the downstairs buffet line.
Soap and/or paper towels were not available at multiple handsinks throughout the kitchen and food service areas.
A single chemical spray bottle was unlabeled near the main kitchen dish machine.
The cooks line cutting boards were deeply grooved.
The cooks line reach-in cooler door gaskets were in poor repair. The door gaskets were in poor repair on walk-in coolers #3 and #4.
The cooks line reach-in freezer door gaskets were soiled with food debris.
Multiple kitchen wiping cloths were not stored in sanitizer buckets with quaternary ammonia concentrations of 100-400 parts per million.
