Violation descriptions and comments

A dented can of Sauerkraut was found stored next to wholesome cans on the can storage rack, in the dry storage area. A pan of raw chicken was found being stored on top of and next to boxes of butter in the walk in cooler.
Cooked bacon was found being stored on used egg carton flats, which was in direct contact with a box of raw bacon that was being stored on the top shelf of the reach in cooler on the cooking line.
The establishment serves cooked to order eggs and currently does not have consumer advisory visible to the public.
The stand up reach in food cooler in the ware washing area of the kitchen was at 45�°F, the milk was at 45�°F, the tomato juice was at 44�°F. The reach in cold table on the cooking line had foods that were out of temperature on the top storage area, the sliced tomatoes were at 45�°F, the diced olives were at 47�°F, and the diced lettuce was at 56�°F.
There was no cold running water found at the hand sink on the kitchen side, by the doors from the kitchen to the customer dining area.
An unlabeled spray bottle of chemical was found stored on the table top area of the ware washing station.
