Notes: Facility is currently a risk level 3 and is cooking, cooling and reheating soup in bulk. This process makes the facility a risk level 4. Facility will discarded the soup at the end of the night. PIC stated he will discuss with the owner if they want to continue this process and increase the facilities risk level and/ or discontinue the process to maintain a level 3.
