Observed no violations at time of re-inspection.
All open violations have been corrected.
Notes: Make sure all utensils including cutting boards contacting TTCS foods are being washed, rinsed & sanitized at least every 4 hours. When cutting surfaces become heavily scored resurface or replace them.

Follow-up was conducted to check temperatures in cooler. Observed mold on ice dispenser on pop machine has been cleaned. Increased monitoring of this refrigeration unit is recommended to ensure this cooler is working properly. Manager has called maintenance to fix and will arrive tomorrow morning.

Person in charge- Bob. Inspected cooler. Observed hot dogs in this unit 38 F, sliced tomatoes 35 F. Observed refrigeration drawers and prep top are holding proper temperatures.
