For 30-day inspection: a handwashing sink needs to be installed in the front of the kitchen near the drive-thru. Please install.
Also, grout inbetween tiles needs to be replaced where it is missing.
Also, plese install a prep sink in the kitchen to use for prepping food only.
Also, repair mop dryer (wood) so it is cleanable and smooth.
Also, seal handwashing sink to the wall with caulk.
Also, repair the lid for the beef patty freezer which has been melted and is in disrepair.
*all of these items have to be fixed by the 30-day inspection (you have 30 days) If they are not fixed by then, the facility will beginthe enforcement process. This condition will allow the facility to remain open through the licensing process.

Follow up inspection conducted due to a critical plumbing violation at the standard inspection. All critical and non critical violation have been fixed from the previous inspection.
No further action is required.
Consult-Phone
Called the person who made the complaint and discussed the nature of the complaint. The complaint was a question about if they needed to wear gloves while putting fries in a container and making a milk shake. The surfaces being handled are non food contact surfaces so they do not need to wear gloves. All was discussed and complaint will be closed.
