- Facility is using a noncommercial crockpot for slow cooking meats. Ensure equipment is replaced with a commercial model if/when broken.
- Ensure facility is regularly monitoring temperatures of coolers.
- Facility would like to add a freezer to the facility layout. Freezer must be of commercial grade. Instructed PIC to contact Carrie Kamm at 614-645-6191 regarding adding/replacing new equipment.
