Observed inused utensils were improperly held.
Observed bread was stored in non food grade container

VII. Cooking, Reheating, Cooling, Hot and Cold Holding
Hot foods are being held at 135 F and cold foods are being held at 41 F
PIC stated hot table foods are rap[idly cooled at the end of the night to 41, then reheated to 165 the next day.
VIII. Date Marking/Time as a Public Health Control
Observed foods missing date marking the wlak in cooler that facility prepares and cooks then cools and did not date mark. PIC stated when the foods were made and then put date labels on all of them.
