Went on the complaint investigation and conducted a standard inspection. Upon inspection complaint was validated. Spoke with PIC he stated a licensed PCO has been coming out monthly and will come out to abate the current issue. Follow up inspection is required for standard inspection.

Standard inspection is not due. After being in kitchen and inspecting cleanliness of kitchen and talking with owner about when it is necessary to wear gloves complaint is abated.

After talking with the PIC on cross contaminating between products it was found that the PIC was knowledgable in food safety. All product was found in the walk in cooler with the proper separation and stacking order. Observed no flies landing on food and all food in coolers were at proper temperatures.

Observed no tradewinds brand tropical fruit punch in the facility. Only fruit punch is tropicana or everfresh. All products are kept off of the floor to prevent any contamination from the premise and all products are sealed by the manufacturer. Observed no possible reason for any illness related to this product. Discussed with PIC importance of not getting any chemical on any products.

On-site consult about expired/ contaminated food. Observed inspection report from the day before. Facility just opened yesterday after being closed for 40 days. At time of consultation all baby food and formula was in-date. Discussed the importance of ensuring all food stays in date.
