Notes: Multiple cycles of the dish machine had to be run before the plate temperature was reaching 160 degrees F. Test with T-sticks frequently to ensure proper plate temperature for proper sanitizing.

Observed Spic and Span that states for use on non-food contact surfaces being used as a food contact surface sanitizer. PIC product is rinsed off after use like the bottle says per PIC. Do not use this product as a direct food contact surface sanitizer. Use a products that is approved for food contact surfaces and easily measurable with test strips such as chlorine, quat or iodine sanitizers.
