PIC Renae available at time of inspection. Green sign updated. Please keep an eye on frost buildup in the stand up freezer. Shelves in soup cooler are beginning to get rusty and should be replaced within the next six months. 3 compartment sink set up properly. Bleach at 100 ppm. Hair restraints and gloves in use. All temperatures good. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
