ACCOMPANIED THE PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE (MARY) TO THE DAYCARE WHERE THERE HAS BEEN ISSUES WITH DIARRHEA AMONG THE ATTENDING CHILDREN AND POSSIBLE CROSS-CONTAMINATION COULD OCCURE.
THE DIRECTOR ACCUSED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF HARASSMENT BUT I FELT SHE WAS HARASSING ME MOST OF THE TIME I WAS IN THE KITCHEN.
AN EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOG AND THE OAC 3717-1-02.1 EMPLOYEE HEALTH REGULATIONS WERE LEFT WITH THE PIC IN THE KITCHEN.
SAFE FOOD HANDLING AND THE FOOD SAFETY EDUCATION CLASS GIVEN THIS FRIDAY WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PIC. SHE SAID SHE WOULD ATTEND THE CLASS EVEN IF SHE HAD TO PAY FOR IT HERSELF.

INSPECTED WITH JULIAN AND CATY. THIS CENTER HAS BEEN ON THE SHIGELLA LIST WITH CRITICAL INSPECTIONS.

Open critical violations have been corrected.
Observed employee has current Level 1 certificate.
Facility plans on sending other employees to class on Sept 14th.
