Telephone: (303) 892-7016 (tickets/inform
Address: 1631 Glenarm Place

Description: Built in the 1930s by Temple Hoyne Buell, a renowned Colorado architect, this beautiful art deco theater opened as a vaudeville house and was later a movie theater. It still houses one of only two Mighty Wurlitzer organs in the country (the other is in New York’s Radio City Music Hall). The theater averages 10 to 12 shows a month, including comedy, pop music, children’s programming, ballet, noted speakers, and rock concerts. During rock concerts the front row of the 1,870 seats is sacrificed to make room for fans who just have to bounce to the beat, dance, mosh, etc. The box office is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. the day of events only. Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster outlets or charged by phone at (303) 830-8497.
