This has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. Recently, I sent a clear message to the bank: "Do Not process any DIRECT WITHDRAWALS" from checking, dated 12/17/2015. They dis just the opposite. They processed TWO DIRECT WITHDRAWALS "TODAY." I only speak ENGLISH. This is one of many problems, which will end with them SOON. VERY, very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
