This McDonalds has real issues and this is not the first time I have observed less than steller customer service ( 4810 South Broadway, Wichita Kansas).I can promise i will NEVER, EVER, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This morning at 8:40 am cst I went thru the drive thru to order my normal #2 breakfeast with large Coke no ice, I now get diet. I go here often. I have a good interactions with the African American lady who takes my order and the Asian lady who gives it to me at the next window, sorry I did not learn their names. Today, I am still angry about what occurred, very. I was asked for my order, I placed my order, I saw the screen and it was correct, the information for some reason disappeared then reappeared, the lady repeated my order and I said yes a #2 breakfast with a large diet coke, the lady asked if my order was correct on the screen and I said yes. I drove forward and a lady (with 2 other ladies)(note not always the same person taking order and taking money) asked me if I wanted a #2 mcmuffin meal with a large diet coke no ice and I said yes (again, 3rd time?). Thennnnn, she proceeded to tell me "I wanted to make sure your order was correct, I asked you if the order was correct and you said no then I got no response". I thought since she was in manager uniform that she was training and was trying to be over communicative and specific for training purposes so, I am happy to help with that. I said," yes, a number 2 breakfeast with a large diet coke no ice". she said "well, I wanted to make sure of what your order was because you said no and then you did not answer anymore". I said, " I answered yes". she said, "well I just wanted to make sure your order was correct for you". I said "ok", I am bewildered and not sure what is going on. Then she turned to walk away, then it dawned on me this cow came back here to confront me and berate me because she thought I gave no response, not a no or yes response but a 'no acknowledgement' and she was going to teach me a lesson and her employees as to handle and punish a customer who does not do it correctly to her standards. well, not today toots. I said, "hey, hey, hey you came all the way back to this window to berate me because you thought I ignored you, you wanted to teach me a lesson, you wanted to berate me and make me follow 'your' rules and your perceived infraction , you wanted to punish me. well, you can take your meal and shove it up your ass and don't ever try to correct me ever". then she did the smartass (manager mind you), "well, ma'am you have a nice day, you have a wonderful day". This is what they make a manager (truly desperate) this is what protests to make 15 an hour, this is the shit you get at this mcdonalds. I told the two employees that I DO NOT LIE, I WAS HAPPY TILL THIS OCCURRED, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. I asked the two employees for the number to the franchise business and they could not supply it, I asked for the owners name and they showed the sticker on the window 'CARTER' minus a phone number - hmmmmmm wonder why (there are mcdonalds with the number and name, cause those owners don't play). I called the 1800 number from online and left complaint. I tried looking up carter ownership online and on facebook = nothing. The 1800 said they would get information the the owners to call me back and still no response= hmmmmmm. FIRE THIS RED-HAIRED, PIERCED, PROBLEM EMPLOYEE. OR, in a few weeks or months know I told you so about her behavior. How many more employees is she to terrorize and customers is she to bully before you notice, in a few months less profits. All interaction was witnessed by two young female employees. I am sure they will be frightened she is a bully. I would call them at home and not let on you spoke with them because, I can see them being punished (passive-aggressive). How this hag made manager I do not know. Note: If you want to know if I am a good customer, I am happy, helpful, easy to please. my favorite McDonalds is Park City and it is FANTASTIC. I have gone there for 9 years and I chat, I know employees from other businesses, I know if a day is not going well for someone and I actually care. they know me by my personal vehicle and my work vehicle. I have spoken with their manager and she NEVER acted like she has no manners or courtesy . I take my granddaughter there to play-place it (currently under construction).
