    Food employee observed sanitizing washed equipment and utensils without a separate water rinse between.

    Noted raw beef and pork stored over and next to ready to eat food in the display case.
  • Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
    Cutting boards on the sandwich prep table observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Rinsing Procedures (46.718)
    Employee did not use a rinse step for the wash rinse sanitize procedure.
