Food facility does not have adequate refrigeration equipment / capacity to maintain all refrigerated foods at a temperature of 41 degrees F or below. *One prep. unit observed holding food at an internal temperature of 48 degrees. (Foods stored here less than 4 hours were relocated to walk-in cooler observed at 29 degrees)
