    Food facility does not provide lockers or storage for food employee personal clothing and possessions, as noted by purses on counter in prep area.

    Mops are not being hung to air dry.

    The food facility does not employee a certified employee as required. On 4/23/10 on an opening inspection, facility was noted that it had 90 days to employe a CFE. On 2/22/11 facility was noted that it had no CFE and a warning letter was requested. On a follow up inspection on 3/9/11 facility was noted that the owner has currently enrolled in an approved food employee certification on line course and is waiting on the materials to arrive in the mail. The owner will be taking her proctored exam at WCCC in Greensburg. The date of the proctored exam will be determined when this facility completes the on line course. On 1/20/12, Donna Waldrink, owner informed the Regional Supervisor that she does have a CFE and a copy will be faxed to the Regional Office and to the inspector. Inspector HAS NOT received a copy of a CFE and none is currently posted.

    Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around water distribution tubing and freeze plate. DO NOT USE. Please empty ice machine COMPLETELY!! Wash, Rinse and Sanitize all parts and allow to air dry before refilling. This machine WAS cleaned during the time of this inspection and bagged ice will be utilized until machine is full.
  • Wiping Cloth Air Drying Locations (46.772)
    Moist wiping cloths observed lying on rim of sink and counters and not stored in sanitizing solution.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
  • Toilet Tissue Available (46.942(b))
    Men's restroom was without tiolet paper during the time of this inspection. A supply of toilet tissue shall be available at each toilet.
