i recieved a keurig coffee machine as a gift it was purchased at your store.It hasnt worked properly since i got it. i called store to maybe switch it or even store credit i got it as a gift no receipt but still have box. quite upset because ive wanted one for so long, now have one and it doesnt work. is there a way to return or store credit iam a senior citizen and cant get around easily. if u could call me as i am a good customer and use your store always and never had a problem before can u please help me with this problem or i might have to take my business elsewhere i dont want to but i need solution to this problem. the machine was not cheap or i would not bother. thank you. dorothy chase
