- Observed several potentially hazardous food items stored in a large reach in cooler that did not have a date label. Ensure that all food items stored for 24 hours or more has a date label.
- Observed at the employee hand sink, kitchen hand sink and the hand sink located near the customer bathroom in reused food containers that were not labeled to indicate that soap was in them. Ensure that containers/dispensers are properly labeled to indicate that soap is in them and not a food product.
