Roger is the best employee they have at store #1235 every single other manager salaried or not thet are extremely lazy!!! They make underpaid associates do all of their manager work! They promote people who don't deserve it because of personal relationships. & people who actually deserve it but don't kiss butt were just screwed. Steven came in at least 2 hours late everyday... EVERYDAY but got on us for 5 mins. Athena would only tell us what she thought we wanted to hear.. Joann always took occurrences off for the management team && always gave them vacation even though it took about a year for me to get just 1 week vacation.. Meanwhile multiple managers take multiple vacations no problem.. I also had a problem where id use my pto if i was late but would still receive the occurrence along with using my time.

I'm typing all of this not because I'm salty but because it's not fair for all the unknowingly ignorant people who will join that team only to be a slave. If you speak your mind, if you're a strong personality, if you know your worth, if you don't kiss butt you will be targeted until you quit or you're fired

This place is absolutely terrible for customers & employees alike.. Managers don't give a shit about anything but their own money.. They don't care about YOU the customer or YOU the employee.. You're a means to an end. Customer they want u to come in not ask any questions get what u want & leave! Employees you better do what You're supposed to do & more or you're not doing enough.. You do your team leads job or else you're fired! && honestly you will love it let them fire you it'll be the best day of your Walmart career!????

the dogs are a serious issue for me. I shop at various hours & see shoppers with their "non-service dogs in store. There for my review is "poor"
