  • 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Do not store or place items inside of HWS.
  • 229.164 (o) (7) (B) consume by date (pkgd). Container of chili inside RIC, not date marked.
  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F. No hot water coming from sink.
  • 229.165 (g) (1) equipment not sufficent. Only have one RIC for food, not holding temperature. Should hold temperature of 41F Degrees or colder. Holding temperature of 63F Degrees.
  • 229.165 (h) (2)thermometer available. All coolers with PHF food, must have a thermometer inside of them.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Observed dried food still on pots. Ensure equipment is properly cleaned.

  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F. Hot water needs to be turned on at all times. Hot water was turned off during inspection.

  • 229.165 (g) (2) (A)3 comp sink. Food booth needs a 3-compartment sink. During inspection, noticed that booth does have spot, for a 3rd sink, however sink is not in place.
  • 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. No hand soap in booth.
  • 229.166 (k) (1) (B) approved sewage disposal. Booth, needs to add a larger waste water catch unit. Currently, sink drain leads into a large red cup, which can easily overflow, onto the floor.
  • 229.164 (r) (1) (A) labeled properly. Establishment is selling candy apples, which are not properly labeled. All pre-packaged food items sold to public, must be properly labeled with site information.
  • 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. During inspection, hot water was not working. Heater unit had been turned off. Heater unit must be kept on, throughout the business day.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Inspection report must be posted for customer view.
