- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (iii) cleaning / sanitizing. Ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized to remove accumulation of black mold. Pickle tongs must be cleaned and sanitized daily and kept in a cleaned and sanitized location. Do not store on top of dirty and unsanitized jar.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. There are no paper towels at the hand washing sink.
- 229.167(p)(11)(C)rodents. Evidence of rodents observed. Clean up droppings, wood shavings that are remnants of them chewing their way into the cabinet beneath the soda machine. Must also provide proof of pest control from an approved source.
