- Make sure hand washing sink, located next to ice machine and 3 compartment sink is not used to store damaged beverages and is only used for hand washing.

- Observed cans being stored inside the hand sink in back room. Items may not be stored or disposed of inside the hand sink. The hand sink must only be used for hand washing.
- 3 compartment sink and front hand sink had very low water pressure. Ensure that the pressure for all sinks are sufficient enough for hand washing and washing any wares or utensils.
- Hand sink in back room did not have soap and front hand sink in beverage area did not have paper towels. Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels at all times for proper hand washing.
- Nozzels on each coffee dispensor needs to be cleaned and sanitized. All food contact surfaces should be clean to sight and touch.
- 3 compartment has a small leak near the compartment on the far right. Leak on the pipe needs to be sealed so that waste water does not drip onto the floor below.
