- Observed large prepapckaged ice with out proper labels indicating the source of the ice. Ensure that baggs of ice have proper labels.
- Establishment is bagging ice, but does not have a state manufacturing license so that the ice is an approved source. Ensure measure are taken to obtain a state food manufacturing license.
- Hot water at hand sink in the store next to the soda machine is not reaching at least 100 degrees F. To be in compliance, hot water must be reaching a temperature of at least 100 degrees F.
- Hand wash sink by the 3 compartment sink and ice machine did not have soap or paper towels. Ensure that there is soap and paper towels at every hand wash station.
- Observed food/beverage items sitting on top and near bins and a bag of kitty litter. Also an empty conatiner that conatin some type of chemical was resting inside of a opening box where a beverage item was stored. All toxic non-food related chemical should be stored away from areas where food is stored.
- Most recent graded report was not posted in customer view. Ensure that the inspection report is posted.
- Inside surface of ice machine was not clean. Ensure that the mildew/mold like debris is removed from the inside surface of the ice machine
- Hot water at hand sinks in both men and women restrooms are reaching 91 degrees Farinheit (F) and not at least 100 degrees F. Ensure that all hand sinks in the establishment are reaching proper temperature.
- Permit is expired and not current. Ensure that your most recent permit is posted and current.
