  • Observed waste water leak under 3 compartment sink. Waster water is being collected into a bucker. All leaks must be repaired by a licensed plumber. Retain all invoices/receipts.

  • 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Establishment does have gnats in back room, where ice machine and drink boxs are located.

  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Insure that a current copy of inspection report is posted for customer view. Posted inspection report is not current one, instead it is an older report.

  • All cooler units must keep food items at 41 degrees or colder, cooler against wall with dairy items, holding temperature between 42 to 50 degrees.
