- Hands must be washed between tasks when returning to food prep. Observed employee at buffet touch wiping rags then return to serving food without washing hands. When gloves are worn, hands must be washed every time before donning new gloves. Employee should change gloves after handling wiping rags, and wash hands before donning fresh pair of gloves.
- Handsinks may be used for hand washing only. Rinsing dishes, rinsing rags, dumping drinks or anything other than hand washing may not be conducted at a hand sink. Hand sinks may not be converted for other purposes.
