  • Inspector found rodent droppings in establishment. All areas found with rodent droppings must be cleaned and sanitized. All foods found contaminated with rodent droppings (if rodent droppings are found anywhere on container) must be disposed of. All kitchen utensils and wares found contaminated with rodent droppings must be cleaned and sanitized. All holes in building, doorways or openings to outside must be filled, covered or must be sealed so that no light enters and entry to rodents or other pests is prevented. All wood or otherwise unused materials must be removed from around building. All tall grass or tree limbs around building must be cut or removed. Licensed pest control service must used to elminate rodents from establishment. Establishment has been given notice that they must have licensed pest control service and all food contact areas must be sanitized before 10:15am on Friday 08/26/11. Licensed pest control must leave report of findings, services rendered, suggestions on how to rid establishment of rodents and follow-up activities. Establishment must monitor rodent activity daily to find source of rodents and to determine of there is any new activity.
  • Cleaning and other chemicals found stored on shelves with canned cokes, other food items. All chemicals must be stored away from food items.
  • Establishment must provide food-grade shatterproof thermometers to all refrigeration and freezer units.
  • Most recent graded inspection report must be posted in customer view.
