  • Observed liquid residue build up at bottom of beer coolers. Ensure all food contact surfaces are maintained clean to sight and touch at all times.

  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. At time of inspection, there were not any paper towels located at the handsink in the kitchen. Ensure all handsinks are equipped with paper towels at all times.
  • Observed rodent droppings in a drawer in kitchen. Ensure droppings are elimianted and establishment is monitored for rodent activity. If activity is observed, use necessary and appropriate means to eliminate pests.
  • Permit that is posted in kitchen expired in May 2012, but system shows that estbalishment is current. Ensure to post the current, valid food permit.
