Smoking is not permitted inside the establishment at any time. Remove all ashtrays from the establishment.
HAnd washing sink in the kitchen is blocked with a small dish rack. Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only.
Supply each handwash station with individual disposable paper towels.
Use only food establishment approved chemicals, use licensed pest control company.
Clean the inside bottom of the reach in beer coolers.
Clean the inside of the ice scoop holder.
