- Observed raw chorizo being stored above ready to eat food items in cooler next to freezer. Ensure all raw animal products are being stored below and away any ready-to-eat product.
- At time of inspection, handwash facility lacked soap and paper towels in bathroom. Ensure Handwash facility is equipped with soap and paper towels at all times.
- Observed dead roaches throughout the establishment (3). Ensure all roaches are eliminated. Please provide invoice of pest control for next routine inspection.
- Cooler containing lunch meat next to freezer is missing a thermometer. Ensure all coolers are provided with a properly calibrated thermometer at all times.

- At time of inspection, did not observe a food manufacturer license with the licenses. Obseved customer get ice from freezer and then pay. Ensure a state manufacturer's license is obained if going to produce and package ice and ice is for customer self service. OR ensure ice is not for customer self service and a food manufacturer license is not needed. - 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (i) (I) separation of raw/ RTE. Observed raw shelled eggs stored on shelf above ready to eat lunch meat. Ensure raw animal products are stored below and away from ready to eat food.
- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. Observed drain pipe from ice machine and floor drain without an air gap. Ensure there is an air gap between the drain and pipe that is 2x the diameter of the pipe.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. At time of inspection, did not observe paper towles at handsink. Ensure handsink is equipped with paper towels at all times.
- At time of inspection, handsink in bathroom did not have cold running water. Ensure handsink has cold running water, as well as hot running water.
- 229.165 (f) (12) (B)integral thermomter. At time of inspection did not observe a thermometer located inside the fridge that stores the raw shelled eggs and packaged lunch meat. Ensure there is a thermometer located inside the fridge and temperature is 41 degrees F.
