REMINDED INDIVIDUAL AND HE CORRECTED ISSUE 229.168 (b) working container not labeled. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials taken from bulk supplies not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Label spray bottles with common name of toxic material. AT TIME OF INSPECTION, WORKING SPRAY BOTTLE OF BLUE LIQUID WAS NOT LABELED WITH COMMON NAME OF LIQUID CONTAINED WITHIN. DELI EMPLOYEE IDENTIFIED IT AS SOAP AND WATER USED TO CLEAN OVEN. PROCEEDED TO LABEL BOTTLE. PROTECT FOOD CONTACT SURFACES OF UTENSILS, CONTAINERS, SINGLE USE/SINGLE SERVICE WARES FROM ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINANTS BY LEAVING SAID IN PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVES OR CONTAINERS, OR PLACING THEM INSIDE CONTAINERS WITH LIDS. PLASTIC FOOD SERVICE CONTAINERS IN DELI DEPT. BEING STORED ON SHELVES. SAID CONTAINERS, LIDS, ETC. HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM PROTECTIVE SLEEVES AND ARE BEING STORED EXPOSED TO ENVIRONMENTAL AIR BORNE CONTAMINANTS. 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Hand washing lavatory or group of adjacent lavatories not provided with individual, disposable towels. There are no paper towels at the hand washing sink.
