- 229.164 (r) (1) (A) labeled properly. All food product in establishment must be properly labeled with Common/Generic name of food product.
- 229.164 (o) (6) (B) (ii). All cold PHF food must be kept at 41F Degrees or colder. Observed chocolate syrup, at 70F Degrees. Packaging stated it needs to be kept at 41F Degrees or colder.
- Insure food at self service bar is protected by lids, or sneeze guards.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (A)HWS not accessible. Do not block access to HWS's. Observed large boxs and ladder placed directly infront of HWS.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. All HWS's must have papertowels.
- 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Do not store chemicals directly above drinks, and utensils. Chemicals can spill onto these surfaces.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Current inspection report must be posted for customer view.

- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. Insure that water drain lines leading from ice cream machine, are properly air gapped. Currently drain lines, are leading into floor drain. Must be air gapped at least 2 inches, or twice the diameter of pipe.
