- !D True cooler at 49 F, the cheese and salsa of the same cooler/ reach-in at 47 and 43 F. Provide 41 F for all potentially hazardous food (PHF) now. This is a repeat. EHD recommends closing cover of reach-in all time except when being used to maintain cold temperature.

- Condensation leaking out of above-mentioned 1D True cooler into a metal pan outside, and probably the same condensation water on the bottom shelf of the cooler chamber (only packaged food like sour cream on the bottom shelf). Repair unit so condensation liquid is not pooling at the bottom shelf or leaking into a metal pan. Please be aware condensation liquid is considered to be waste water and must be disposed to proper sewage system. EHD recommend keeping lid of the cooler's reach-in portion closed to avoid excess condensation.
