COUPLE OF WET/ SOILED TOWELS WERE STORED ON THE PREPARATION TABLE.
EQUIPMENT/UTENSILS WERE BEING WASHED IN THE PREPARATION SINK.
FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATE IS EXPIRED.
OBSERVED BROKEN GROUT TILE ON THE ENTRANCE TO KITCHEN.
OBSERVED COUPLE OF FLIES IN THE FACILITY. A FLY TRAP WAS HANGED ON THE ROOM BACK IN THE KITCHEN TOO.
OBSERVED SLIME BUILD UP ON THE NOZZLE CONTACT AREAS OF THE SODA DISPENSER.
OPEN BAG CONTENTS WERE STORED ON THE SHELF IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA.
RESIDENTIAL INSECTICIDE WAS OBSERVED IN THE FACILITY.
SOME FOOD PRODUCTS (PACKAGED AND STORED ON THE OPEN DISPLAY CASE) DOES NOT HAVE PROPER LABEL.
