CHICKEN BREAST AND TURKEY PATTIES MEASURED LESS THAN 135F AT STEAM UNIT. WATER LEVEL WAS VERY LOW AND FOOD WAS STORED IN SHALLOW CONTAINERS. ALSO, MILK IN CARTONS AND IN COVERED CUPS MEASURED BETWEEN 50-60F. MILKS WERE STORED IN MELTED ICE. KITCHEN MEASURED 85F.
EMPLOYEE LOCKERS ARE NOT SECURE.
HOT WATER SUPPLY ONLY MEASURED 117F.
KITCHEN MEASURED BETWEEN 50985F AT ALL THE END OF SERVICE.
OBSERVED EQUIPMENT STACKED WHEN WET AND HUMIDITY FOUND INSIDE BOWLS/CUPS STORED ON SOLID TRAYS.
RESTROOM DOOR LACKS A SELF CLOSING DEVICE.
