HANDLES OF EQUIPMENTS HAVE DIRT ACCUMULATION.
MISSING FLOOR TILES AND DIRT ACCUMULATION OBSERVED BELOW THE COOKING EQUIPMENTS.
NO SPLASH GUARDS SEPARATING THE HAND SINKS FROM THE NEAREST FOOD PREPARATION TABLE ON THE HAND SINK LOCATED BY THE DUCK HOLDING AREA AND THE ONE BY THE PREPARATION INSIDE TH KITCHEN.
