I placed an online order for soup and salad. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:46 PM. I get there at 7:44 wait about 5 minutes and was told they were out of the Crab Chowder and was offered the Broccoli Cheddar by the Mgr-Holly, I accepted. A woman came in after me placed an order for Broccoli Cheddar Soup as well. The girl in the kitchen yelled out she was out after the last cup, in my head I was thinking the cup was mine being that I was picking up an already placed order. Nope, Holly first told the lady they were out of soup when the lady questioned she cane back and told me they were out. I asked her to make the salad a full instead of half, she told the kitchen crew. Waited again, at 8:10 pm she then gives me a salad with meat, THE ONLINE ORDER SPECIFICALLY stated no MEAT. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to call corporate and it’ll take 3-10 business days as they do not have access to web payments. I’m freaking pissed so not only did I not leave with anything to eat, I didn’t get a refund. Unprofessional and incompetent! The restaurant was filthy, trash cans running over and floors sticky. Clearly, understaffed and unprofessional! I’m pissed!!!
