Dear David Gardiner: I am the owner of a Beechcraft Musketeer, tail # N2372Z. I live in Central Washington and have never flown my plane in the State of Utah. Today, 2/26, I received in the mail a letter from the Utah Division of Aeronautics informing me that my annual aircraft registration and accrued taxes ($76.00) are overdue. The letter states that the plane is kept at the Morgan County Airport. The aircraft identification information listed on the letter is accurate.
