  • Food on display was not properly protected from contamination by consumers. Wrap apples on sales floor to prevent contamination. Food pulled of sales floor to be wrapped.
    To prevent contamination, except for nuts in the shell or whole, raw fruits and vegetables that are intended for hulling, peeling, or washing by the consumer, food on display shall be protected from contamination as required by this rule.
  • The dispensing tube on bulk milk container was not properly cut as required. Tube cut to proper length.
    The bulk milk container dispensing tube shall be cut on the diagonal leaving no more than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head.

  • Critical: Food on display was not properly protected from contamination by consumers. Wrap apples to prevent bare hand contact.

  • Observed an improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Clean dumpster are to remove debris.
    A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items.
  • The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Repair walk in freezer to remove ice build up. Maintenance is aware of problem.
    The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
