Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained. Thoroughly clean sanitary line's exterior under 3 compartment sink to address dirt/accumulate on line as discussed.

- Observed improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. -Observed damp wiping cloths stored under the sandwich knives.
Cloths that are in use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer. -Damp cloths were removed from the sandwich area. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in use.
- Critical: Observed single-use gloves being used improperly. -Auntie Anne's employee did not remove gloves when changing tasks.
To prevent contamination: If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled or when interruptions occur in the operation. -Change gloves and wash hands after working at the cash register prior to working with food.
