Foods shall be labeled as specified in this rule. Any individually packaged food for customer self service must contain and ingredient list including the break down of the individual ingredients.
- Bulk food display for customer self-service was not properly labeled. Donut self service display case did not have an ingredient list readily available in bakery.
Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the information specified under (C)(2) of this rule.
- The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed leaking condesate line in freezer in bakery, prominent ice build up on floor beneath.
