- Observed in-use utensil(spoons) stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.Observed fish, cheese, shell eggs , hot dogs, sausage , macaroni and cheese held between 58-61 degrees fahrenheit. Foods moved to working cooler.
