Employee then moved chicken to walk in cooler during time of inspection.

  • Critical - Identity of food or food product misrepresented.Establishment's Menu advertising several items containing crab including seafood delight, happy family , and subgum wonton. When asked to see crabmeat used in these items, person in charge showed inspector bag labeled "asian star immitation crab legs minced style". Crab meat was not listed under ingredients.
  • Critical - Observed bare hand contact of ready-to-eat food by employees and establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure in effect. Observed two employees cutting ready to eat vegetables while touching vegetables with barehands. Observed another employee grab a handful of chopped vegetables and cooked noodles with barehands.
