They will give you what they want to give you and charge you what they want to charge you. I can't eat shrimp. I ordered a meal that came with shrimp, chicken, & steak. I asked them to replace the shrimp with chicken, which I have done many times in there, but they upcharged me $3 for extra chicken tonight even though they kept my shrimp! They sat down two bowls of salsa with chips when we got there. We didn't ask for 2 bowls. Heck, we didn't ask for chips or salsa! They charged us for a bowl bc they chose to give us 2 and wouldn't take it off the bill. I asked them to leave off the Pico degallo on my meal and replace it with
a bit more guacamole instead. They charged me for guacamole but the waiter didn't tell me there'd be a charge when I asked for the substitution. When we asked to speak to the manager he said he couldn't help it and refused to take off any of the charges on our bill with the excuse that it's the way the computer adds up orders depending on how the waiter types them in! Really? So your bill is dependent on how your waiter enters it and it can not be changed for any reason. A group of us eat here frequently bc their food is good. The service is always hit or miss and it's loud but we come for the good food. The way the manager treated us tonight just lost our business. So, for over $6 in extra fees, he chose to lose a weekly crowd of 4-10 people. We'll go to El Cazador in Lake Park for Mexican from now on. Same distance for us and we've NEVER had a problem with them.
