On April 24th about 9:10 p.m. I was entering into Crystal River Seafood Restaurant accompanied by my sister,We were insulted as soon we were there for only a few seconds by who I discovered was the manager. He did not even great us. He immediately ask us if we placing a Togo order, in hurried fashion and my reply was no, we are dining in. He replied well we are going hurry and take your order. We were seated are came over again in rush, to take our drink order.He motioned a waitress to hurry and take our order again in a rush. By this time we were out the mood to eat because of the way we were being treated. We have frequently dined here at least average twice a month. After this treatment my sister and I felt belittled and treated substandard as a patron there. We partially consumed the food. Our waitress ask if we wanted a refill on our beverage .I replied yes and she said ,I will make them to go..I look at my watch, it was 9:40 p.m. Again feeling being thrown out. Itold my sister that was it. Time to go..Upon departing , I mention to the manger how I felt. Before I could explain my feeling, he was over talking with a fake apology with an angry look on his face. My sister and I left the establishment feeling horrible for this episode and she insisted I call and get information to report this to someone. Upon calling the manager in his already unconcern tone of voice reply was what do you want me to do? I've apologized and he snappy gave the website to leave this response. Over all this is something that should not occurred. While expressing in civil expressive way. I was hung up on by this same individual for no apparent reason. At this time I will never patronize this place again and as many people that will listen, I will enlighten them of this travesty of ridicule and belittlement. I feel like I was at a lunch counter in Mississippi in 1950s. Being a manger orchestrating this horrible experience, I could have excused this as maybe he was having a rough night. But after hung the phone up on me...that was it. On exiting the restaurant, I expressed perception is warranted and again hastily replied negatively ..I am very slow to anger but this has taken me to the extreme..Hopefully no one will experience this from this person..Opinion , he should not hold that position.....
